I think often about people who create with awareness rather than ego, Rebecca is one of them. Her way of approaching fashion and content creation feels honest, slow, and deeply human.
Mixing fashion and consciousness with Rebecca
I’ve never really connected with the word influencer. What I do feels more like a mix of UGC, personal storytelling and self-expression… part creative work, part reflection. My goal has always been to create content that feels genuine and has meaning behind it. I care about aesthetics and growth, but also about staying conscious of the impact behind what I share. It’s not always easy to balance that with the realities of earning a living in an industry built on trends, but I try to stay grounded in awareness and intention.
I read a lot, usually a book a week, and philosophy is what I always come back to. It gives me perspective and reminds me that clarity doesn’t come from knowing everything, but from learning how to think. Lately I’ve been more focused on applying what I read… building real connections and staying curious rather than just observing from a distance.

Living peace and enjoying slow living
Living around Dartmoor has made that easier. The pace of life here is calm but purposeful. In Totnes especially, wellness feels genuine, it’s part of how people live, not something performed. You notice it in the small things… morning markets, conversations that go deeper, people who actually take their time. When I lived in cities like Southampton or Plymouth, I often had to look for that balance. Here, it’s just part of daily life!
Most mornings I start with movement or a walk with my dog Doja. Time in nature gives me structure and focus. It’s where I think clearly, plan and find ideas. I’ve realised that creativity doesn’t come from rushing, it comes from stillness, observation and routine.
Fashion, wellness and creativity all overlap for me. They’re all about awareness, about expressing who you are while staying connected to what feels true. I don’t have it all figured out… but I’m learning that balance isn’t something you chase, it’s something you build through consistency and clarity.
